The FTS-Series Pumps are a preferred pump choice in applications requiring High-suction Lift and Dry-running Capability and are compatible with most fuels, petroleum-based fluids and water. Recognizing the need in the industry for filtration systems in the 20"100 GPM flow range, a Two-Stage filtration system was developed based on the unique features of the FTS-Series Pumps. This system comes complete with Dual-Filter housings, pump, gear reducer, motor and we offer all the necessary accessories for filtering a wide variety of fluids.Dual-Housing systems are considered the most flexible and cost-effective methodology for filtering. Dual-housing Filter Systems can run the gamut from removing heavy sludge, debris and contaminates to ultra-fine filtering and fuel polishing to exacting ISO standards. In addition they can perform complete water removal from fluids thru both Coalescence & Water Separation or using Water Absorption Filters.
The initial focus of our Filtration Systems was designed for Hydrocarbon-based fluids, such as Diesel fuels, Jet A, JetA1, JP4, JP5, JP8, Kerosene, Gasoline and lubrication or hydraulic oils; hundreds of our filtering systems are in use today on these applications throughout the U.S. and South America. As long as fluids are compatible with the pump system, the FS2 can be used in a multitude of applications.
Our systems are designed for 500 to 5,000 gallons tank but are flexible enough to handle smaller fluid volumes such as 55 gallon drums. However, lower cost mini-systems with smaller pumps and screw on filters may be a more economical choice if you ONLY have small volumes to filter.
