Cim-Tek Cellulose Rotary Screw Air Compressor Filters

Cim-Tek Compressor Filters, for use on rotary screw air compressors, are compatible with petroleum-based and synthetic fluids and can remove particulates in a wide variety of sizes via Cellulose or Microglass media.

Product Specs

  • Media: Cellulose
  • Max. Working Pressure: 225 psi / 15.5 bar
  • Max. Flow up to: 40 gpm / 151 lpm
  • Max. Diff. Pressure: 25 psid / 1.7 bar
  • Fluid Compatibility: Petroleum-based and most synthetic fluids
Beta Rating

The Beta Ratio or x (where x represents the size of a particulate in microns) equals the efficiency of the filter's media.

Filter efficiency is measured by the Beta Ratio minus one divided by the Beta Ratio. You then multiply by 100 to get a percentage of filter efficiency.

For example, a filter with a Beta Rating of 17=75 means that the filter is 98.7% efficient at filtering 17 micron particulates.

Efficiency

75 = 98.7 % Efficient

200 = 99.5 % Efficient

Sold in a case quantity of 12 filters. Price shown is per case.
