Piusi - Heated Mini Bulk - Heated DEF Tank Kit

PIUSI has partnered with KINGSPAN to bring heated mini-bulk tanks to the US market. Available in two sizes: 1320 gallons and 600 gallons. These double-skinned polyethylene tanks come equipped with SuzzaraBlue AC DEF pump, automatic metered SB325 DEF nozzle, and control box. The BM1320 comes with 20' of EPDM hose and the BM600 comes with 13' of EPDM hose. Retractable hose reel available, installable directly within the tank. Different sized tanks available upon request.

Fully fitted, plug-and play ready with minimal installation work required, it only needs to be wired up to electrical mains connection. These tanks are light-weight and don't have to be installed on a site permanently.

Tank cabinet with pump, hose, nozzle and all other parts safely locked away, with no components hanging out or having an external dispenser that is constantly exposed to different weather/handling conditions.

Closed Fluid Path Technology to prevent any exterior contamination of DEF like dust.

100% Self-bunded and self-contained, constructed from UV resistant medium density Polyethylene (inner tank comes in its natural pigment to avoid any contamination). Stainless steel framework supports the integrity of the inner tank. All components (frames, bolts, connections) are stainless steel and therefore will not rust.

10 year tank-warranty; 2 year on all equipment.

All units are tested to some of the toughest material and compliance standards, including pressure-tested, tested for physical impact, drop tested etc. Each unit runs through a quality inspection before it leaves the factory.
