Provides an easy means of threading a 4 in. NPT nipple into a spill container. The OPW TC-400 coupled with the OPW 61SA-TOOL can provide the necessary torque requirements for installing adaptor nipples for spill containers. The TC-400 can easily be removed without disturbing the installed threaded nipple. The TC-400 also eliminates the need for a strap or chain wrench.
