Cartridge Filters range from low-cost string wound units to high capacity pleated units. When used in conjunction with bag filters they provide effective filtration and cleaning of contaminated fluids to a desired particle size. Cartridge filters are considerably more expensive than bag filters however they ultimately do a better job in removing all the contaminates.
