Rising stem gate vales are used for manual flow control in petro-chemical liquid handling systems and bulk plants.

Features:
  •  Double disc design provides positive shut off when in the closed position
  • 200 PSI WOG cold non-shock
  • 150# raised face flanges
  • Valve can be left partially open to control flow rate
  • 534BDI is lockable with a padlock
  • Model 534DI/BDI includes integrated thermal expansion relief set at 25 or 50 PSI
Construction:
  • Body and bonnet: Ductile iron
  • Stem:. Brass
  • Discs and spreader: Brass
  • Packing and gasket: Teflon®
  • Hand-wheel: Aluminum, powder coated black
  • Expansion relief: Brass with Viton® quad-ring (Model 534DI/BDI)
