Cim-Tek 20 Series Cellulose Hydraulic Filters are a perfect solution for removing particulates in hydraulic and lube systems. The microglass filter media is compatible with lube oils, gear oils, and most synthetic fluids.

Beta Rating
The Beta Ratio or x (where x represents the size of a particulate in microns) equals the efficiency of the filter's media.
Filter efficiency is measured by the Beta Ratio minus one divided by the Beta Ratio. You then multiply by 100 to get a percentage of filter efficiency.
For example, a filter with a Beta Rating of 17=75 means that the filter is 98.7% efficient at filtering 17 micron particulates.
Efficiency75 = 98.7 % Efficient
200 = 99.5 % Efficient
