The top seal swivel fill pipe adapter helps prevent leaks caused by constant fill delivery elbow movement on the fill adapter. The top section rotates during normal deliveries, preventing the bottom section from loosening on the fill riser pipe, causing a vapor leak around the adapter. The top seal swivel fill adapter fits all 4 in. top seal delivery elbows.

*EVR Phase 1 Certification VR-101 and VR-103 and Missouri MOPETP APCP-0002-001-99.

  • Prevents vapor leaks from loosening on 4 in. riser during tank fills.
  • Adds approximately 4 in. to riser height to fit under most existing fill and vapor manway covers.
  • Swivels on two rows of corrosion-resistant chromium steel ball bearings for long life in high volume stations.
  • All vapor seals are fluorocarbon and inert in motor fuels.
